Evening primrose is indicated in prevention of Premenstrual syndrome (P.MS) and premenstrual tensions (PMT) eczema maintaining healthy hormonal balance, help to maintain healthy ‘skin, hair and nails from inside out.

As a dietary care supplement 1 – 2 capsules a day, for PMS/PMT management 3 capsules per day or as recommended by the health care provider.
