Nature’s Own EQ Control has been specifically formulated to relieve the symptoms of mild anxiety and relieve tiredness or fatigue. It contains the active ingredient Sensoril®, an Ashwaganda extract that relieves the symptoms of mild anxiety.

Magnesium has been included to support muscle relaxation when dietary intake is inadequate.

It contains Vitamin B6 to support the function of the nervous system and also chamomile.

Dosage
